Deadly Shooting at Texas Mall: Police Investigating Possible Far-Right Links

On April 17th, 2023, tragedy struck the Lone Star State. As unsuspecting shoppers went about their day, a single gunman shot and killed eight people in an El Paso, Texas shopping mall. The horrifying scene began when the gunman opened fire. Witnesses described hearing what sounded like sixty gunshots, leaving many in shock and confusion. Hearing the shots, store employees did their best to stay calm and keep customers safe. This included closing doors, trying to keep customers calm, and everyone hiding in the back of the stores.
